Main Street Strategies (MSS) is a full service advocacy firm specializing in political communications, grassroots advocacy, and lobbying. MSS was formed in 2007 by founding partners Todd Cook, Joe DiSano and Kelly Johnston. Together the three partners of MSS have over 40 years of combined experience in all three areas and have been involved in political campaigns and advocacy efforts across the Midwest.
Our approach to working with clients differs from most consulting firms on two basic levels. First, we don’t try and sell services that aren’t needed. We work with the clients to assess their needs and only then do we create a specific plan of action. Second, we don’t hand off clients to associates you haven’t met or to sub-contractors after you’ve retained our services. All partners are involved in servicing each client so they we can make sure we are able to make the best use of our combined talents.
